The Events Company is your “go to” team for producing a beautiful and seamless wedding. We are certified event professionals whose passion is to design, plan and produce amazing events. Our story started 19 years ago with our first bridal couple Jill and Ted. Since then we’ve worked with so many great couples helping them create their own unique day as they promise to love and cherish each other for the rest of their lives. Along the way we’ve had our favorites, but can honestly say we’ve never had a ‘bridezilla.’ We’ve had bridal couples who have high expectations, but to be honest, we think you should have high expectations because this will most likely be the most important event you’ll plan. Our goal is to exceed your expectations. We promise to listen to you and help you discover your unique style that mirrors your personalities, tastes, and traditions. We promise to build the best team that suits your personalities, expectations, and financial parameters (we hate the word budget). We promise to ease your anxiety and keep the planning process fun. When we are part of your day, we make sure that no detail is overlooked and that the day transpires as you envision and if there are any glitches, we’re there to resolve them (most often without your knowledge). For example; a groomsman had rental shoes that were too small and he had a new pair before he had to walk down the aisle. A limo broke down and a new one arrived on time (from a different company), a bride was walking down the aisle when a micro storm blew through and wreaked havoc (to put it mildly) at the tented reception site – by the time guests arrived everything was put back and no one was the wiser (until they saw the video footage the next day). It’s our job to remain calm, cool, and collected. We love transforming spaces and have an unlimited selection of decor elements to work with. Our showroom is a veritable playground with over 200 sample linens, chair covers in every color imaginable, centerpieces, lighting, fabric draping, and all the rental items, too – chivari chairs, lounge furniture, chargers, colored stemware, tents, black and white dance floors and oh so much more!
